Quando peguei, ele estava ligado, mas depois vi que ele continuou não aceitando carga. Levei lá e o carregador deles funcionou normal, ou seja: o problema era a minha fonte, meu carregador.
Tive que comprar outro carregador e até agora não sei se esse era o problema inicial do meu notebook. Quando busquei ele ruim de novo da assistência, não vi sentido nenhum em ter pago conserto e continuar com problema.
I took my notebook with a problem (it didn't carry), so they exchanged some part of it and returned it to me.
When I picked it up, it was on, but then I saw that it continued not accepting a charge. I took it there and their charger worked normal, that is: the problem was my source, my charger.
I had to buy another charger and so far I don't know if that was the initial problem with my notebook. When I looked for him bad again from the assistance, I saw no sense in having paid for repairs and continuing with the problem.
