★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro atendimento foi excelente. Mas achei um absurdo o técnico pedir R$ 120,00 para fazer o backup de um laptop, o mesmo que eles cobram para formatar um computador.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço questão de fazer essa avaliação aqui mesmo depois de um tempo do ocorrido pois não esqueci. Fui duas vezes nessa assistência. A primeira vez deu tudo certo, atualizaram a bios do meu PC e cobraram um valor justo, fiquei satisfeita... Agora na segunda vez já foi tudo errado. Cobraram mais de 350 reais para colocar uma fonte genérica de 500 wats, como sendo de marca boa. Fonte bomba, não valia nem 100 conto comprando online. Não deu 3 meses tive que comprar outra, dessa vez uma fonte boa, de marca e que saiu menos de 350 reais. Em pensar que ainda ficaram me oferecendo de montar um novo computador com eles. Sinceramente falta de respeito e honestidade, não volto nunca mais nesse lugar. Perdi a confiança totalmente.
I make a point of making this assessment right here after a while since I have not forgotten. I went twice on this tour. The first time went well, they updated the bios of my PC and charged a fair value, I was pleased ... Now the second time was all wrong. They charged more than 350 reais to put a generic source of 500 wats, as being of good brand. Source bomb, it was not worth 100 tale buying online. Not 3 months ago I had to buy another one, this time a good, branded font that came out less than 350 reais. To think they were still offering to build a new computer with them. Honestly lacking respect and honesty, I will never return to this place. I lost confidence totally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O dono (ou o senhor que parece ser) é bem arrogante. Por vezes, parece estar te fazendo um favor - cheguei a ir mais de uma vez por necessidade - e alguns funcionários de sua equipe idem.
Por não terem explícita concorrência na região em raio reduzido, cobram o quanto quiserem.
A gota d'água foi terem estragado a pintura de um notebook meu tendo colado um durex com um papel a fim de identificar o cliente ou coisa do tipo, deixaram a tampa do notebook com tal avaria e eu só ouvir deles um "vish, desculpa aí".
Resultado: Nunca mais volto na espelunca.
The owner (or the man who appears to be) is quite arrogant. Sometimes, he seems to be doing you a favor - I got to go more than once out of necessity - and some of the staff on your team ditto.
As they do not have explicit competition in the region in a reduced radius, they charge as much as they want.
The last straw was that they had ruined the painting of a notebook of mine and pasted a durex with a paper in order to identify the customer or something, they left the cover of the notebook with such a malfunction and I only heard from them a "vish, sorry there".
Result: I will never be back in the joint.

Tenho um teclado da razer e estava procurando algum lugar que realizasse o conserto.
Pra quem não sabe, a razer trabalha com teclado, fones e mouse para gamers, são produtos extremamente caro, o funcionário responsável falou que qualquer teclado é baratinho e todos são descartáveis, que jamais encontraria um lugar que fizesse esse serviço.
Em pleno 2021, com o mercado de jogos crescendo do jeito que está, uma loja de informática não instruir o atendente que existem periféricos que são caros é o cúmulo.

Além disso, não são cordiais com seus clientes.
Quanto ao serviço realizado, sem problemas até o momento.
Não pretendo voltar lá e não recomendo.
Very bad service. They gave me a price and when the product was removed they wanted to receive a higher value.
Also, they are not friendly to their customers.
As for the service performed, no problems so far.
I don't plan on going back there and I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu computador para avaliação pois nao estava ligando, avaliaram que nao tinha solução, devolveram o pc. Por um acaso fui olhar dentro da maquina, simplesmente a memoria e o processador haviam sumidos. Quando fui questionar devolveram as peças e disseram que foi acidental. Imagina o que pode acontecer com quem nao entende de informática. Vergonhoso.
I left my computer for evaluation because it wasn't calling, they evaluated that there was no solution, they returned the pc. By chance I went to look inside the machine, simply the memory and the processor were gone. When I went to question the pieces they returned and said it was accidental. Imagine what can happen to those who do not understand information technology. Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixamos uma impressora para fazer orçamento pois o sensor do papel não estava funcionando e o papel passava direto na hora da impressão. Ficou 15 dias só para passarem o orçamento (por telefone), que foi por volta de R$360. O serviço foi autorizado e a impressora permaneceu no estabelecimento por mais 45 dias. Durante esse período fizemos diversas ligações cobrando um posicionamento pois o serviço nunca era finalizado, e o local alegava falta de peça, até o momento em que ligaram informando que não havia conserto e então solicitei a impressora de volta. Levamos em outra empresa para um novo orçamento e na minha frente o técnico identificou que diversas peças foram quebradas/substituídas. O scanner não estava mais funcionando (e eu utilizava perfeitamente antes de deixar no Vikkings), a placa de circuito estava queimada e até mesmo os parafusos originais foram trocados. Nessa nova empresa, o conserto foi realizado em 1h, eu acompanhei todo o processo presencialmente e ficou R$280, incluindo todas as falcatruas que o Vikkings fez com a minha impressora.
NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA "EMPRESA" PARA NINGUÉM.
Esse estabelecimento devia ser interditado pelas autoridades.
We left a printer to make a quote because the paper sensor was not working and the paper was going straight through at the time of printing. It was 15 days just to spend the budget (by phone), which was around R$360. Service was authorized and the printer remained at the facility for another 45 days. During this period we made several calls charging a placement because the service was never completed, and the location claimed lack of part, until the moment they called informing that there was no repair and then I asked for the printer back. We took it to another company for a new budget and in front of me the technician identified that several parts were broken/replaced. The scanner was no longer working (and I used it perfectly before I left it at Vikings), the circuit board was burned out and even the original screws were replaced. In this new company, the repair was carried out in 1 hour, I followed the entire process in person and it was R$280, including all the scams that Vikkings did with my printer.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS "COMPANY" TO ANYONE.
This establishment was to be banned by the authorities.
