★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dizem abrir às 8h, de segunda a sexta. Hoje é sexta, quase 8h30 e a loja está fechada e sem nenhum aviso na porta que justifique. É muito desrespeitoso não cumprir o horário a que se propõe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro momento não foi bom, a funcionária que me atendeu simplesmente negou a compra porque faltava o vaucher, sei que faltava, mas ela nem quis se dispor a tentar entender a situação e tentar ajudar de alguma maneira. Simplesmente disse não! Consegui resolver pelo telefone entre a escola e o setor administrativo do local, realizei a compra no mesmo dia. Eu também trabalho com o público e sei que há certos itens indispensáveis para o atendimento, mas procuro sempre ajudar da melhor forma possível o cliente. No mais, resolvido o problema, o atendimento foi bom.
