★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei para entrega e depois de mais de 30 minutos aguardando, o aplicativo (Ifood) indicava que faltava 9 minutos para entrega ser concluída, mas o pedido foi cancelado em qualquer justificativa ou possibilidade de avaliação no próprio site dos pedidos. Nesse quesito de relacionamento com cliente, portanto, a parceria da loja com Ifood é péssima, ineficaz e desrespeitosa.
I requested for delivery and after more than 30 minutes waiting, the application (Ifood) indicated that there were 9 minutes left for delivery to be completed, but the order was canceled for any justification or possibility of evaluation on the order website itself. In terms of customer relationships, therefore, the store's partnership with Ifood is terrible, ineffective and disrespectful.
