★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei recarga, trocaram meu cartucho, me devolveram vazio, voltei a loja refizeram a carga, porém a tinta não sai.. serviço e atendimento de pessima qualidade. Não recomendo.

Levo também como ponto forte o atendimento da loja(quando vou comprar cartuchos).
I took my printer to do a cleaning, I was very well attended and the result was great. The cost benefit was very worth it and I recommend it.

Não cumprem prazo, fiquei três semanas sem a impressora, qdo fui buscar me devolveram fonte do computador de outro cliente no lugar dos cabos (tive que voltar lá), e depois de passar pela manutenção a impressora me foi devolvida completamente sem tinta (apesar de eu ter solicitado o serviço de recarga).Resumo: não recomendo e fui buscar solução no concorrente.
Bad experience! No deadline, I was without the printer for three weeks, when I fetched another client's computer source instead of the cables (I had to go back there), and after undergoing maintenance the printer was returned to me completely out of ink (although I have requested the recharge service) .Abstract: I do not recommend and went to seek solution from the competitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 10/11 meu pai levou um cartucho da impressora HP 3050 para encher nessa loja, ao chegar em casa coloquei na impressora deu cartucho incompatível, qdo tiramos da impressora notamos que aquele não era o meu cartucho e nem pra impressora do modelo da minha.
Hoje ao ir trocar a atendente disse que não tinha contato dos clientes (pq ela deu o nosso trocado para outro cliente) e que não tinha o que fazer.
Meu pai então teve que comprar outro 70 reais mais caro sendo que o erro não era dele e sim da funcionária da loja.
On 11/10 my father took a cartridge for the HP 3050 printer to fill in this store, when I got home I put it in the printer and gave it an incompatible cartridge, when we took it out of the printer we noticed that it was not my cartridge nor for my model printer .
Today when going to change the attendant said that she had no contact from customers (because she gave our change to another customer) and that she had nothing to do.
My father then had to buy another 70 reais more expensive and the mistake was not his, but the store employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo , mal atendido pela moça fortinha de cabelos cacheados do atendimento, não aceitou minha maquina mesmo eu antes ter ligado, fui de longe até o local e ela me atendeu mal , disse q não arrumava e virou de costas pra mim. Disse que não foi ela que me ligou e não tinha o q fazer . Não fui pedir favor não xarope . Perdi a viagem e quase a educação tb . E na mesma rua tem uma assistência chamada smoorf que arrumou em três dias pra mim.
Aprendam a atender melhor as pessoas.
Terrible, poorly attended by the strong girl with curly hair in the service, did not accept my machine even before I called, I went from far to the place and she attended me poorly, said q did not fix it and turned her back on me. I said she wasn't the one who called me and I had nothing to do. I didn't ask for syrup, please. I missed the trip and almost my education too. And on the same street there's an assistance called smoorf that fixed it in three days for me.
Learn to serve people better.
