★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pós venda, só querem empurrar produtos mas o pós venda é nota ZERO! Compramos 2 colchoes ( um de casal e um de solteiro) e 1 cama bau de solteiro. Um dos colchoes esta com defeito de fabricação, faz mais de 6 meses que tento solucionar com a loja e nada foi resolvido, eles fazem promessas que vão mandar representante mas nada acontece! NÂO INDICO ESSA LOJA, NÂO COMPREM NA QUALITY DA RUA VISCONDE DE INHAUMA SAO CAETANO DO SUL
Bad after-sales service, they just want to push products, but after-sales is ZERO grade! We bought 2 mattresses (one double and one single) and 1 single bed. One of the mattresses has a manufacturing defect, I have been trying to solve it with the store for more than 6 months and nothing has been resolved, they make promises that they will send a representative but nothing happens! DO NOT INDICATE THIS STORE, DO NOT BUY IN THE QUALITY OF RUA VISCONDE DE INHAUMA SAO CAETANO DO SUL
