★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaram um ar Samsung em minha casa (28.000 BTUs, três splits). Tive problemas constantes. O ar funcionou por uma semana apanas. Os técnicos que mandaram mostravam que não conheciam o equipamento e ficavam sempre na tentativa e erro, até que o equipamento foi danificado. Tentaram instalar um módulo wifi, mas queimaram o módulo na instalação. Na visita posterior, danificaram a condensadora. Depois de SETE visitas e cinco meses depois da instalação, o ar condicionado ainda não funciona. Não recomendo a empresa e nem o equipamento da Samsung.
They installed a Samsung air in my house (28,000 BTUs, three splits). I had constant problems. The air worked for a week only. The technicians who sent it showed that they did not know the equipment and were always in trial and error until the equipment was damaged. They tried to install a wifi module, but burned the module on installation. On subsequent visit, they damaged the condenser. After SEVEN visits and five months after installation, the air conditioner still does not work. I do not recommend the company nor the Samsung equipment.
