 I love it, always very good service. Too bad there's no video game to play while my uncle cuts my hair, just like in the other salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francamente era cliente a séculos, quando a Fulvia estava viva, marquei semana passada quinta, manicure para 2 pessoas, foi tanta desorganização, fora a atendente extremamente despreparada e antipática, não tem uma gerência boa, o atendimento é péssimo, não cumprem horários, está horrível, não recomendo a ninguém, pedi para falar com a gerente e fui avisada que iria ter o retorno, como nada foi feito estou fazendo a avaliação aqui, infelizmente o que era o melhor se tornou o pior salão da cidade.
Infelizmente mesmo, pois anteriormente eu e todas as demais clientes, éramos muito bem atendidas.
Frankly, I've been a customer for centuries, when Fulvia was alive, I booked a manicure for 2 people last week, it was so disorganized, apart from the extremely unprepared and unfriendly attendant, there's no good management, the service is terrible, they don't keep horrible, I don't recommend it to anyone, I asked to speak with the manager and was told that I would get a return, as nothing was done I'm doing the evaluation here, unfortunately what was the best became the worst salon in town.
Unfortunately, because previously I and all the other customers were very well attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando o salão era realmente da excelentíssima Fuvia era excelente, agora com a fuvia prime simplesmente pedi uma coloração no meu cabelo com um profissional e não chegou na cor que eu desejei, peguei um absurdo na coloração e ficou horrível a cor do meu cabelo, péssimo mesmo.
Decepcionante.
When the salon was really excellent Fuvia was excellent, now with fuvia prime I simply asked for a coloring in my hair with a professional and it did not arrive in the color I wanted, I got an absurd coloring and my hair color was horrible, terrible same.
