Quando questionados por WhatsApp sobre o horário de funcionamento falam até as 19h e em momento algum citam que tem que chegar as 18:30 para ser atendido.
Em seguida, chego no local 18:31, aguardo para ser atendida e as 18:37 sou atendida dizendo que não poderá fazer o serviço, pois tinha que chegar até 18:30!
O problema não é ter regras, o problema é nao citar quando é questionado o horário de funcionamento e não cumprir com essas regras com clientes que julgam "importantes ", pois várias vezes estive no local e já vi várias clientes serem atendidas as 19h!!

My dissatisfaction is with the service!!
When asked by WhatsApp about opening hours, they say until 7 pm and at no time do they mention that they have to arrive at 6:30 pm to be served.
Then, I arrive at the place at 18:31, I wait to be answered and at 18:37 I am answered saying that I will not be able to do the service, because I had to arrive until 18:30!
The problem is not having rules, the problem is not mentioning when the opening hours are questioned and not complying with these rules with customers who deem "important", because I have been there several times and have seen several customers being served at 19 pm!!
