★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se auto denominam hotel pra cachorro e deixam os animais sozinhos a noite toda sem ninguém pra cuidar, eles ficam latindo e chorando, cuidado 0, nunca deixaria animal aí.
They call themselves a dog hotel and leave the animals alone all night with no one to take care of them, they are barking and crying, care 0, I would never leave an animal there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pet utiliza os serviços de creche, às vezes banho e também já utilizou o hotel; sempre que o deixo lá percebo que ele fica muito feliz em chegar e quando vou buscá-lo tenho a mesma percepção. Se meu pet está feliz... eu estou feliz. Até o momento, só elogios! :)
My pet uses daycare services, sometimes bathing and has also used the hotel; whenever I leave him there I notice that he is very happy to arrive and when I go to pick him up I have the same perception. If my pet is happy... I'm happy. So far, only praise! :)
