★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazem você assinar um termo de responsabilidade assumindo a responsabilidade caso seja infectado com a covid 19, e na triagem a doutora se quer analisa o paciente, pedindo detalhes do que ocorreu com o paciente para decidir ou não se irá tratar o paciente, afirmando apenas que atendem somente os casos cirúrgicos. Deveriam deixar isso explícito na portaria para que as pessoas não perdessem tempo esperando para ser dispensando.

Exatas cinco horas e quatorze minutos até ser avaliado pelo médico. Dá uma angústia, ainda mais qdo se está com muita dor, e ninguém acredita em você. Só o médico, cinco horas depois. Um descaso!
The medical care itself is very good. But the problem is getting to this professional. We poor people suffer when we need public health. Exactly five hours and fourteen minutes before being evaluated by the doctor. It gives you anguish, even more when you are in a lot of pain, and nobody believes you. Only the doctor, five hours later. A neglect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais uma vez, problemas na unidade da boa vista, dessa vez a segurança impedindo acompanhante de pessoa PNE, alegando que estava com super lotação, o que não retrata a verdade pois já passava das 16:00 e não havia mais quase ninguém. Além do fato de ferir o art. 18 da lei brasileira de inclusão, a unidade deveria ter profissionais para a recepção e não terceirizar com empresa de segurança, os citados não possuem preparo nenhum para isso, a truculência e a maneira de tratar são ridículas.
