★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, liguei perguntando se estava atendendo emergência disseram que sim, podia ir direto na emergência. Quando cheguei lá com minha mãe para ser atendida, com os olhos inflamados, enchados e vermelho disseram para ir na UPA que estavam sem atendimento lá.
Porque não falaram isso por telefone, uma palhaçada.
Bad service, I called asking if I was attending emergency they said yes, I could go straight to the emergency. When I arrived there with my mother to be assisted, with inflamed, swollen and red eyes, they told me to go to the UPA as they were unattended there.
Why didn't they talk about it on the phone, a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser um hospital com ótimos médicos, é péssimo para marcar consulta, desgaste emocional, físico e financeiro, deveriam otimizar toda essa parte de atendimento, em respeito aos que já vão emocionalmente desesperados por soluções.
Despite being a hospital with great doctors, it is terrible to make an appointment, emotional, physical and financial exhaustion, they should optimize this whole part of care, in respect of those who are already emotionally desperate for solutions.

Pela segunda vez passo pela triagem com classificacaoclassificação vermelha devido a um corpo estranho no olho transplantado e recebo um atendimento péssimo, e informação que para ser atendida preciso voltar durante o dia. Alguem.por acaso consegue prever uma urgência? Falta de comprometimento. E tive o desprazer de pegar pela 1° vez um médico insuportável, lamentável um.hospital de referência com profissionais desse nível . --' referência a outro médico o atendimento foi excelente inclusive só vou pra urgência por aconselhamento dos próprios médicos.
