I believe this comment does not reflect the reality as I was treated very well and my dog was respected following the norms and standard procedures and this is not just my opinion there are other people who personally referred me to his service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, liguei para saber valores de cremação onde a pessoa só soube me dizer que não teria na minha região sendo que a todo momento dizia que eu mesmo iria levar meu animal até o local.
Réplica: O mesma citei sobre fim de plantão porém no anúncio do mesmo cita que o atendimento é 24 horas. Se o estabelecimento ou serviço é 24 horas não tem fim de plantão péssimo atendimento, total descaso com o possível cliente e com a situação onde se perdi o animal de estimação e me disponibilizei ir até o local total insensibilidade e falta de preparo!
Lousy service, I called to know values of cremation where the person only knew to tell me that would not have in my region being that at all times said that I would take my pet to the place myself.
Replica: The same I quoted about end of shift but in the announcement of the same quote that the service is 24 hours. If the establishment or service is 24 hours there is no end of on call poor service, total disregard for the possible client and the situation where the pet was lost and I made it available to go to the place total insensitivity and lack of preparation!
