★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada a reclamar dos professores e da maior parte dos equipamentos, porém a infraestrutura é muito fraca, a administração não investe em melhorias tendo em vista o crescimento do número de alunos, o vestiário/banheiro masculino é minúsculo e em horários de pico não tem como entrar para trocar de roupa, só tem um banco de apoio e os Boxes são muitíssimos estreitos e não tem tampa no sanitário, ou seja, pra quem precisa se trocar lá tem que ter muita paciência e fazer malabarismo para conseguir...
N vou nem comentar do ar condicionado que quase sempre da problema e transforma tudo numa sauna
Nothing to complain about the teachers and most of the equipment, but the infrastructure is very weak, the administration does not invest in improvements in view of the growth in the number of students, the locker room/men's bathroom is tiny and at peak times there is no way to go in to change clothes, there is only one bench for support and the stalls are very narrow and there is no lid on the toilet, that is, for those who need to change there, they have to be very patient and juggle to get it...
I won't even comment on the air conditioning that almost always gives a problem and turns everything into a sauna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amo os professores e funcionários do local. São educados e muito comprometidos. O espaço é bem pequeno e quando o pessoal quer treinar com gosto, a gente acaba tendo que mudar um pouco ou esperar um aparelho ou outro. Mas pelo bom atendimento e pelo ambiente tranquilo e as pessoas que treinam serem bem educadas também, vale a pena.
I love the teachers and staff there. They are polite and very committed. The space is very small and when people want to train with pleasure, we end up having to change a little or wait for one device or another. But for the good service and the quiet environment and the people who train are well educated too, it's worth it.

- Academia com espaço físico pequeno.
- Alguns equipamentos ficam quase grudados uns nos outros, podendo atrapalhar o exercício das pessoas que estiverem próximas.
- Algumas bikes, esteiras e elípticos sem funcionar, mas não havia nenhuma indicação que os aparelhos estavam em manutenção.
- Quase ninguém respeita o uso de máscaras faciais.
- Em alguns equipamentos é praticamente impossível ver qual é o peso que está selecionado. É muito escuro, sendo necessário ligar a lanterna do celular pra conseguir enxergar.
Pontos positivos:
- Localização
- Equipamentos de boa qualidade, porém necessitam de melhor conservação. Alguns assentos e apoios rasgados.
- Aceita GymPass a partir do plano básico 2.
- Não é tão cheia no período da manhã. Difícilmente é necessário revezar equipamentos.
Nota final: 2
Negative points:
- Gym with small physical space.
- Some equipment is almost glued to each other, which can interfere with the exercise of people who are close.
- Some bikes, treadmills and ellipticals not working, but there was no indication that the machines were undergoing maintenance.
- Almost no one respects the use of face masks.
- In some equipment it is practically impossible to see which weight is selected. It's very dark, so you have to turn on your cell phone flashlight to see.
Strengths:
- Localization
- Good quality equipment, but need better conservation. Some torn seats and supports.
- GymPass is accepted from the basic plan 2.
- It's not so crowded in the mornings. It is hardly necessary to rotate equipment.
