★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pós venda da loja é horrível . Passei 1h e 20 minutos para trocar umas peças que comprei para meu bebê .Eles coloram mil dificuldades para trocar a peças e não queriam trocar . Além da loja vender caro os produtos são de péssima qualidade. No centro vc encontra lojas que vendem peças boas , de marca e com otimos preços! Não indico essa loja a ninguem . Acabei comprando o restante do enxoval em outras lojas.
 The after-sale of the store is horrible. I spent 1h and 20 minutes to change some pieces that I bought for my baby. They color a thousand difficulties to change the pieces and they didn't want to change. In addition to the store selling expensive products are of poor quality. In the center you will find stores that sell good, branded pieces and with great prices! I don't recommend this store to anyone. I ended up buying the rest of the trousseau from other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior da minha vida, comprei o quarto completo da minha filha, "ganhei a montagem". Um dos quartos mais caros da loja. Tive muita dor cabeça com a montagem e o pior quando pensei q estava tudo certo pois o quarto todo pronto e com minha bebê em casa pra minha surpresa a parte de trás do guarda roupa está se desmontando se abrindo. E o pior ligo pra loja ninguém atende. Vou ter que pagar pra um profissional vim aqui resolver o problema. Essa loja já prestou hoje não indico mais a ninguém.

Já solicitamos várias vezes e até o momento o caso não foi solucionado.
Lamentável a forma como tratam o consumidor.
Todos os dias minha esposa chora por conta dessa loja e o pessoal do caf não soluciona o caso.
