★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do pós venda! Estive na loja do shopping guararapes pra trocar um artigo que foi comprado na loja da rua das calçadas e a vendedora disse que não trocava. As lojas franqueadas como Riachuelo, C&A etc fazem a troca em qualquer loja...qual a dificuldade da Futurista? Realmente não entendo.

Só tem nome, falta de responsabilidade com o cliente...
Comprei um quarto fez 1 mês e nada deles entregarem, minha bebê está prestes a nascer e eles ficam enrolando quando eu ligo.
Não recomendo de forma alguma essa loja irresponsável. ??
