Ao mostrar as avarias, as atendentes trataram-me com péssima atitude, disse que não poderia trocar e depois de questiona-lá, ainda tiveram a audácia de falar que eu poderia trocar só por determinada capinha que ela pegou de imediato. Eu disse que não era aquela que eu queria e estava no meu direito do consumidor, uma vez que todas as capinhas apresentavam o mesmo valor e esse episódio não estaria ocorrendo se não me vendessem um produto ruim e quebrado. Pensem duas vezes antes de comprar algo nessa loja, fica minha dica!
They sold me a malfunctioning product and didn't want to make the switch. When showing the damage, the attendants treated me with a bad attitude, said that I could not change it and after questioning it, they still had the audacity to say that I could change it only for a certain case that she took immediately. I said it was not the one I wanted and it was in my consumer right, since all the covers had the same value and this episode would not be occurring if they did not sell me a bad and broken product. Think twice before buying something in this store, here's my tip!
