★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência. Atrasam pagamentos, não são disponíveis. Ligando no fixo atendem mas nunca retornam. Demoram muitos dias para retornar e-mails, e só retornam se forem cobrados. Tem problemas sistêmicos que os valores do aluguel sumiram em um período, porém quem pagou a conta não foi a imobiliária, e sim o cliente que ficou 6 meses sem receber este aluguel, e ainda recebeu parcelado, inquilina sempre reclamou diretamente comigo das implicações. Melhorou um pouco no final e foram eles quem arrumaram esta primeira inquilina, por isso darei duas estrelas. Mas infelizmente não posso recomendar. (Mudaram de local e zeraram as avaliações. Mesma empresa, atualizando local guide*)
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. Late payments are not available. Calling on fixed answer but never return. It takes many days to return e-mails, and only return if they are charged. There are systemic problems that rent values have disappeared in a period, but who paid the bill was not the real estate, but the customer who stayed 6 months without receiving this rent, and still received installments, tenant always complained directly to me of the implications. It improved a bit in the end and it was they who arranged this first tenant, so I will give two stars. But unfortunately I can not recommend it. (Changed location and zeroed ratings. Same company, updating local guide *)
