PONTO DE ATENÇÃO: COMUNICAÇÃO
A comunicação via WhatsApp era muito demorada e ruim. Algumas coisas que perguntávamos, simplesmente eram ignoradas e ficamos sem resposta.
Pessoalmente, a corretora se demonstrou completamente despreparada, pois não tinha informações básicas como: a metragem do terreno, os reparos que precisariam ser feitos na casa, a documentação, forma de contrato, etc. Nenhuma dessas informações nos foi passada espontaneamente, apenas quando perguntávamos. O imóvel estava imundo e, segundo a corretora, o último inquilino havia deixado o imóvel há uma semana...
The broker who attended us was polite and friendly (basic characteristics that I expect from a human being who is providing a service), but very unprepared for the type of service they provide.
POINT OF ATTENTION: COMMUNICATION
Communication via WhatsApp was very time-consuming and bad. Some of the things we asked were simply ignored and left unanswered.
Personally, the brokerage proved to be completely unprepared, as it did not have basic information such as: the size of the land, the repairs that would need to be made to the house, documentation, form of contract, etc. None of this information was given to us spontaneously, only when we asked. The property was filthy and, according to the realtor, the last tenant had left the property a week ago...
