Bad experience in time to get the key from the apartment that I put to rent was great; after total disregard, do not respond the messages sent. I gave up and asked a friend to pick up the keys, which were delivered without presenting documents. Not recommend at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou aqui para deixar a minha indignação contra essa imobiliária que deveria está com as portas fechadas pelo mal trabalho prestado, sou próprietario de um apartamento na Praia grande, a corretora quando foi pra alugar foi uma coisa , depois que precisei de resolver as seguintes situações abaixo, me bloquearam e não responderam mais não indico a ninguém,aluguei meu apartamento por 6 meses, todos os meses atrasavam para me pagar o aluguel, muito enrolados ,o inquilino saiu do apartamento não me avisaram ,não fizeram vistoria ,e pra finalizar a corretora alugou meu apartamento para um inquilino durante 1 mês como seria o combinado o inquilino ficou quase 60 dias ,fui até meu apartamento olhar como estava ,deixaram meu apartamento destruído paredes sujas porta quebrada alem de não me responderem mais no whatsapp nem a corretora nem o dono que agora me bloqueou, estão me devendo 1300 reais dos dias a mais não me pagaram não não fizeram a os reparos necessários no meu apartamento estão me prejudicando de alugar novamente, mais irei deixa claro que não ficaremos no prejuízo pois já estamos entrando com uma ação contra a imobiliária e vamos fazer o possível e o impossível para mostrar o quanto atendem mal e não dão suporte quanto para quem aluga quanto para em quer alugar .
I'm here to express my indignation against this real estate company that should have its doors closed for the bad work done, I own an apartment in Praia Grande, the brokerage when it went to rent was one thing, after I needed to solve the following situations below , they blocked me and didn't answer but I don't recommend it to anyone, I rented my apartment for 6 months, every month they were late to pay me the rent, very confused, the tenant left the apartment they didn't warn me, they didn't do an inspection, and to finish the brokerage rented my apartment to a tenant for 1 month as agreed the tenant stayed for almost 60 days, I went to my apartment to look at how it was, they left my apartment destroyed dirty walls broken door in addition to no longer responding to me on whatsapp neither the brokerage nor the owner who has now blocked me, they owe me 1300 reais for the extra days they didn't pay me they didn't make the necessary repairs to my apartment hurting from renting again, but I will make it clear that we will not be at the loss because we are already filing a lawsuit against the real estate company and we will do everything possible and impossible to show how badly they serve and do not support as much for those who rent as for those who want to hire .
