Real estate very well located. Very good service with ethics and support throughout the negotiation process. Great knowledge of the market, especially the Swiss Park condominiums. Easy access and own parking, although small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A adminstracao (que é no proença) não retorna ligaçoes, nao retorna e-mails. Não faz a intermediaçao correta entre inquilino e locador. Contra laudo de vistoria nao entregue na data, inquilino acha que proprietario nao quer assumir seu papel e queima a relação proprietario/inquilino. Há quase 1 ano não consigo resolver o contra laudo devido a falta de atencao na intermediacao entre proprietario/inquilino, e o inquilino esta furioso ao ponto de contatar diretamente o proprietario, pois nao há continuidade na comunicacao.
The administration (which is proença) does not return calls, it does not return emails. It does not make the correct intermediation between tenant and landlord. Against inspection report not delivered on the date, tenant thinks that owner does not want to assume his role and burns the owner / tenant relationship. I haven't been able to resolve the counter report for almost 1 year due to the lack of attention in the intermediary between owner / tenant, and the tenant is furious to the point of contacting the owner directly, as there is no continuity in the communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao recomendo essa imobiliária para ninguem, tive uma pessima experiencia na compra/venda de apartamento, “coordenadora” deles completamente despreparada, ironica e te faz quase desistir do negocio.
Agora, muitos meses depois, fui cobrado indevidamente por uma conta que nao tiraram do meu nome e a equipe deles nao me responde e nao me da um retorno.
Nao recomendo de forma alguma, pior imobiliaria que ja fiz negocio
Unica coisa que salva foi a corretora que nos ajudou na compra, muito atensiosa
I don't recommend this real estate agency to anyone, I had a bad experience in buying/selling an apartment, their “coordinator” is completely unprepared, ironic and makes you almost give up on the business.
Now, many months later, I was wrongly charged for an account that they didn't take from my name and their team doesn't answer me and doesn't give me feedback.
I don't recommend it at all, worst real estate I've ever done business
The only thing that saved us was the broker who helped us with the purchase, very attentive
