Desde o momento que eu entrei fui muito bem recebido, me trouxeram um cappuccino e uma água. Em seguida, um corretor veio me orientar com uma riqueza de detalhes que eu não esperava, desde "O que é minuta?" até as diversas opções de garantia locatícia disponíveis, coisas que pra mim até o momento, nunca haviam sido passadas.
