★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De cara quando se entra no salão a recepcionista já não recebe bem, com ar de superioridade, leva um tempo para encontrar o agendamento, que foi realizado por telefone. As outras funcionárias e a própria "dona do salão" te olham no olho e nem um boa tarde dão, talvez por nunca terem me visto por ali, o que não justifica, pois a boa educação independe de se conhecer a outra parte ou não. Nas propagandas do salão, nas redes sociais, falam muito bem do trabalho da proprietária, Gabriela Lorrayne, porém, para conseguir agendar o tratamento com ela é mais caro e precisa ter paciência pra aguardar a extensa lista, segundo a recepcionista informou. A funcionária que me atendeu até que foi "boazinha", de certa forma, porém no que diz respeito ao corte que ela fez no meu cabelo, eu teria feito melhor em casa. Lá existe um local para fumantes, o que é bem interessante, porém, não tem muita funcionalidade, já que o marido da proprietária fuma dentro de um dos cômodos do salão e toda a fumaça vai para a sala principal, onde estamos todas de máscara tendo que respirar com dificuldade e ainda com o odor desagradável do cigarro dele. Para fechar com chave de ouro, o tratamento e o corte mal feito no meu cabelo ficaram em torno dos 170 reais, e pedi para recepcionista parcelar em duas vezes, ela disse que não poderia, aí eu disse que poderia ser parcelado pela administradora, onde quem paga os juros sou eu, mesmo assim ela não quis parcelar, disse que era regra do salão. Resumindo, decepção total, fui toda animada pensando que era realmente o melhor salão de beleza de Itaboraí e saí de lá me sentindo um nada. Péssima experiência!

The employee who attended me was even "nice", in a way, but with regard to the cut she made in my hair, I would have done better at home. There is a place for smokers there, which is very interesting, but it doesn't have much functionality, as the owner's husband smokes inside one of the rooms of the room and all the smoke goes to the main room, where we are all wearing masks. to breathe with difficulty and still with the unpleasant odor of his cigarette. To close with a flourish, the treatment and the poorly cut hair was around 170 reais, and I asked the receptionist to split it twice, she said she couldn't, then I said it could be paid in installments by the administrator, where I'm the one who pays the interest, even so she didn't want to do it in installments, she said it was the salon's rule. In short, total disappointment, I was all excited thinking it was really the best beauty salon in Itaboraí and I left feeling nothing. Bad experience!
