★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Fiz uma progressiva sem formol, mas também sem selagem (sem chapinha). A profissional disse que não era necessário passar a chapinha. A escola durou somente até a primeira lavagem. Óbvio. Não recomendo. Outra coisa que não gostei, foi o preço. Perguntei na entrada quanto ficaria, me deram um preço. Na saída acrescentaram outros itens e o preço quase que dobrou.
 Terrible. I made a progressive without formaldehyde, but also without sealing (without flat iron). The professional said it was not necessary to iron the flat iron. The school lasted only until the first wash. Obvious. I do not recommend. Another thing I didn't like was the price. I asked at the entrance how much would be, they gave me a price. On output they added other items and the price almost doubled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para fazer um corte e a cabeleleira me disse que não ficaria bom pois meu cabelo tinha pouco volume. Era um bob long e eu ja tinha cortado outras vezes. Mas segui com as orientações dela, afinal era ela a profissional, apenas reforcei que não queria que tirasse no cumprimento. Sai de la com 4 dedos a menos no cabelo e bem chateada.
I asked to do a cut and the hairdresser told me that it would not look good because my hair had little volume. It was a bob long and I had already cut it before. But I followed her directions, after all she was the professional, I just reinforced that I didn't want her to take it out of compliance. I leave with 4 less fingers in my hair and very upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço até que foi bom, mas precisa melhorar em questão a definição de valores, quando é dado um preço creio que tenha que ser cumprido diante ao cliente, já vi algumas reclamações a respeito da mesma situação pela qual minha mãe passou essa semana, quando foi perguntado a respeito de corte e progressiva informaram um valor, ao final do serviço foi dado outro e acima do que tinha sido dito. Faltou um pouco de organização em relação a definição de valores ou uma avaliação mais precisa do profissional que fará o trabalho.
A primeira experiência nossa foi essa, mas isso não significa que não voltaríamos ao estabelecimento, e de forma alguma esse meu comentário foi no sentido de prejudicar alguém! fica aqui somente uma sugestão para melhoria quanto a isso. E como moradora de Presidente Altino gosto de valorizar os profissionais do bairro.
The service was good, but needs to improve the definition of values, when a price is given I believe it has to be fulfilled before the customer, I have seen some complaints about the same situation that my mother went through this week, when was asked regarding cutting and progressive reported one value, at the end of the service was given another and above what had been said. It lacked a bit of organization regarding the definition of values or a more accurate assessment of the professional who will do the work.
This was our first experience, but that doesn’t mean we wouldn’t go back to the establishment, and in no way was my comment about harming anyone! here is just a suggestion for improvement in this regard. And as a resident of Presidente Altino I like to value the professionals of the neighborhood.

Não conhecia o salão, mas estava postergando cortar o cabelo.. Até que tive coragem.
Cheguei no salão e pedi para que o cabeleireiro cortasse reto, no fim ele me disse que oval ficaria melhor. Uma coisa é oval, outra coisa é repicar meu cabelo inteiro!! Ainda por cima ficou uma ponta super estranha no meio.
PS: Não sei como são os outros serviços, mas não recomendo o corte.
Edited: Depois de 2 meses estou gostando do corte do meu cabelo.

I didn't know the salon, but I was putting off cutting my hair. Until I had the courage.
I arrived at the salon and asked the hairdresser to cut it straight, in the end he told me that oval would look better. One thing is oval, another thing is to tease my entire hair !! On top of that there was a super strange tip in the middle.
PS: I don't know how the other services are, but I don't recommend cutting.
Edited: After 2 months I am enjoying my hair cut.
