★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência. Eles foram contratados por uma loja de colchao pra entregar o meu box, e não quiseram subir até mei apartamento. Eu moro no apartamento, não no prédio, logo a entrega tem que ser feita na minha casa. Eu já trabalhei em loja de colchao e ja lidei com transportadora e SEI que o produto deve ser entregue na casa do cliente. Além disso os entregadores foram super grossos, ficaram meia hora discutindo (tem tempo pra discutir mas nao tem tempo pra fazer a entrega direito né?) e levei desaforo ainda. Sinceramente, empresa horrível, com profissionais mal qualificados. 15 milhoes de desempregados e os caras nao querem fazer o serviço direito. Deem emprego pra quem quer trabalhar! A entrega foi feita no dia 10/01/2022 no final da tarde.
I had a bad experience. They were hired by a mattress store to deliver my box, and they didn't want to go up to my apartment. I live in the apartment, not the building, so the delivery has to be made at my house. I've worked in a mattress store and I've dealt with a carrier and I KNOW that the product must be delivered to the customer's home. In addition, the delivery people were super rude, they spent half an hour arguing (there's time to argue but there's no time to make the delivery right, right?) and I still got insulted. Honestly, horrible company, with poorly qualified professionals. 15 million unemployed and the guys don't want to do the job right. Give jobs to those who want to work! Delivery was made on 01/10/2022 in the late afternoon.
