★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A administração de imóveis dessa empresa é uma das piores que já vi na minha vida. É o símbolo da incompetência. Cobranças de valores errados, aluguéis, IPTU, encerramento de contratos e etc. A Gerente Administrativa é um poço da falta de educação, ela erra depois tentar enganar, simular coisas, criar casos e ainda joga a culpa em outras pessoas. O setor jurídico serve só de enfeite, não resolve absolutamente nada e ainda cria contratos cheios de erros. Nem perca seu tempo aqui.
 The property management of this company is one of the worst I have seen in my life. It is the symbol of incompetence. Collections of wrong values, rents, IPTU, termination of contracts and etc. The Administrative Manager is a well of lack of education, she makes mistakes after trying to deceive, simulate things, create cases and even blame other people. The legal sector only serves as an ornament, does not solve anything at all and still creates contracts full of errors. Don't even waste your time here.

Descaso total com os possíveis inquilinos , não dão atenção, nas visitas nos tratam como ninguém, os proprietários tem descaso com os possíveis locatários e exigindo todas as documentações e depois de tudo aprovado demoram mais de 20 dias sem dar resposta e no final quando já estamos cansados de cobrar o corretor , os proprietários exigem dos possíveis inquilinos as benfeitorias da propriedade.

Corretor péssimo, equipe péssima.
Não recomendo.

Total disregard for possible tenants, do not pay attention, visits treat us like no one, the owners have disregard with possible renters and demanding all documentation and after all approved take more than 20 days without response and in the end when we are already tired of charging the broker, homeowners demand from the prospective tenants the improvements of the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, após algumas locações, tive a experiência com a Galante. Primeiro, na contratação da locação, omitiram situações quanto ao imóvel, dizendo, por ex., que a garagem comportava dois carros, quando isso não era verdade. Depois, observei que há uma clara diferença entre as vistorias de entrada e saída. Na entrada, batem fotos distantes, gerais e colocam uma presunção de que o estado geral do imóvel está ok. Na saída, focam em detalhes que, em muitos casos, já existiam na entrada, tudo para dificultar o encerramento da locação e forçar a contratação de prestador de serviço indicado pela imobiliária. Por isso, FUJAM de contratos com essa imobiliária. Se não for possível, exijam vistoria detalhada na entrada (ver riscos em prateleiras, falhas em abertura de gavetas, chave na porta (?!), parafuso mal apertado) enfim. Não recomendo!

Therefore, FUJAM contracts with this real estate. If this is not possible, require a detailed inspection at the entrance (see scratches on shelves, faults in opening drawers, key in the door (?!), Screw not tightened) at last. I do not recommend!

Não indico e não voltarei a fazer negócio com a mesma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com imóvel locado a 1 mês e entregaram sem condições de moradia. Fiações expostas, sem fechaduras, reformas inacabadas. Vistoria de entrada não relatou nenhum destes problemas (isso porque teoricamente foi feito por um engenheiro civil). Não resolvem o problema e ficam somente do lado do proprietário que não tem o mínimo interesse em colaborar pra uma solução. Um mês de locação jogado fora e contando. Já utilizei o serviço de várias imobiliárias da região e essa é de longe a pior.
I have the property leased to 1 month and delivered without housing conditions. Exposed wiring, no locks, unfinished renovations. Incoming inspection did not report any of these problems (this is because theoretically it was done by a civil engineer). They do not solve the problem and are only on the side of the owner who has no interest in collaborating on a solution. One month's lease thrown away and counting. I have already used the service of several real estate agencies in the region and this is by far the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O valor do anuncio não corresponde com a realidade.. Vi um imóvel anunciado por um valor e fui visitar o imóvel - corretora foi atenciosa (na visita insistiram para eu fazer uma proposta que a proprietária estava disposta a ouvir), fiz uma proposta que foi rejeitada, até ai tudo bem... Aceitei o valor anunciado e ao fazer a simulação do financiamento, falaram que o valor não poderia ser mais o anunciado que estava abaixo do mercado e subiram o valor - alegam que foi a proprietária que subiu o valor, mas eles como intermediários deviam assumir a responsabilidade (seja em negociação com a proprietária ou se abster da comissão devido ao erro - se tirasse a comissão dava exatamente o valor que estava anunciado) e também manter os anúncios com valores atuais. Não recomendo negociar com esta imobiliária.

I accepted the amount announced and when doing the financing simulation, they said that the amount could not be more than what was announced below the market and they increased the amount - they claim that it was the owner who raised the amount , but they as intermediaries should take responsibility (either in negotiation with the owner or abstain from the commission due to the error - if you removed the commission it would give exactly the amount that was advertised) and also keep the ads with current values. I do not recommend negotiating with this real estate company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a Galante foi extraordinária. Vi o anúncio no dia 19/02/22, sábado às 20h, enviei mensagem pra Corretora e ela respondeu em seguida!!!! Na 2a feira visitei o imóvel e como eu tinha extrema urgência, houve mobilização geral da Equipe. Na 5a f à tarde estava com a chave na mão e na 6af, dia 25/02 entrei no imóvel. Gratidão imensa à Corretora Leandra e a toda Equipe da Galante, em especial, à Telma do setor de Contratos, à Gerente e ao Engenheiro Vistoriador que prontamente encaixou a vistoria na sua Agenda. Deus abençoe todos vocês e seus Familiares.
My experience with Galante was extraordinary. I saw the ad on 02/19/22, Saturday at 8pm, I sent a message to the Brokerage and she replied right away!!!! On Monday I visited the property and as I had extreme urgency, there was general mobilization of the Team. On 5th afternoon I had the key in my hand and on 6th, 02/25 I entered the property. Immense gratitude to Corretora Leandra and the entire Galante Team, in particular, Telma from the Contracts sector, the Manager and the Surveyor Engineer who promptly fitted the survey into his Agenda.
