Uma atendente por nome Carla Carla, eu já sou aoatumada a solicitar os florais de Bach através do wats e depois passar na farmácia Galeno pagar e pegar o floral. A atendente não fez a minha solicitação, e me deixou falando sozinha. Não me deu nenhuma resposta se quer. Sempre fui bem atendida . Mas desta vez não. Tive que solicitar o floral de Bach em outra farmácia de manipulação por conta da má vontade de atendimento desta moça. Minha nota é apenas uma estrela. Deviam colocar pessoas que tem no mínimo um curso de relações inter pessoais, que saiba interagir e tenha respeito pelo clientes.boa tarde
Today my experience was terrible for what. An attendant by name Carla Carla, I am already excited to order Bach flower remedies through the wats and then stop by the Galeno pharmacy to pay and pick up the flower. The attendant did not make my request, and left me talking to myself. You gave me no answer if you want. I've always been well attended. But not this time. I had to ask for Bach's floral at another drugstore because of this girl's ill will. My grade is just a star. They should put people who have at least a course in interpersonal relationships, who know how to interact and have respect for customers.
