Além do cheiro há baratas.
De resto, o lugar é bonito.
Historical Center very interesting. But it leaves something to be desired with road exhaustion.
Besides the smell there are cockroaches.
Otherwise, the place is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito interessante, muitos objetos de epoca. É quase um Museo. Muitas informações sobre a cidade de Canavieiras - BA. Fotos antigas e artigos de jornal retratando como já foi importante é movimentada a cidade de Canavieiras na época áurea da produção de cacau. Móveis de época, moedas, armas e roupas estão em exposição. A localização é fácil pois está na área histórica bem em frente a famosa estátua de Iemanjá no Porto Histórico.
O proprietário Sr. Christian é um suíço que escolheu ser brasileiro e tem muitas histórias para contar sobre a cidade é sua história.
Very interesting place, many period objects. It's almost a museum. Much information about the city of Canavieiras - BA. Old photos and newspaper articles depicting how important it once is is the bustling city of Canavieiras in the golden age of cocoa production. Period furniture, coins, weapons and clothing are on display. The location is easy as it is in the historic area right in front of the famous Iemanjá statue in the Historic Port.
The owner Mr. Christian is a Swiss who chose to be Brazilian and has many stories to tell about the city is his story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belíssimo Porto, foi o porto mais charmoso que já vi em minha vida, muito gostoso e se apreciar desse tomar uma cerveja, um café, um bom bate-papo na beira do rio na bela cidade histórica de Canavieiras.
Beautiful Porto, was the most charming port I have ever seen in my life, very tasty and if you enjoy having a beer, a coffee, a good chat by the river in the beautiful historic city of Canavieiras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um local até atrativo, mas na minha visão, poderia ter pessoas capacitadas para falar sobre os objetos que estão lá, fotografias etc... Fazendo assim, o turista ter maior curiosidade e até levar as lembranças que colocam pra venda no próprio local. ?
It is an attractive place, but in my view, I could have people trained to talk about the objects that are there, photographs etc ... Doing so, the tourist would be more curious and even take the souvenirs that they put up for sale on the spot. ?

Há um porto com transporte náutico para a cidade de Belmonte. Tem bons restaurantes,lojas e agência bancária.
