Amei o atendimento e a paciência da pessoa que me atendeu ao telefone, quando liguei pedindo para reservar o livro O Pintassilgo; e amei também a cordialidade do menino que me atendeu na loja física.

I had trouble finding the number on the door, the Books Gallery is upstairs; is a clean, organized, and fragrant place (which is essential in a store that sells books). I loved the care and patience of the person who answered the phone, when I called to ask for the book O Pintassilgo; and I also loved the warmth of the boy who picked me up at the physical store.
I recommend!
