It's a clean place, but you should inform the entrance which room is what ... There was a printing shop there and I only came to know after a year. If you have information at the entrance, it helps both the people who live nearby and the shopkeepers.

Possui algumas vagas de estacionamento bem na frente do prédio e a rua é bastante movimentada. Às vezes, dependendo do horário, costuma engarrafar devido ao fluxo de veículos e a um semáforo próximo. Não costuma ser muito movimentado, talvez pelo fato de não fazer parte de uma área com muitos prédios (há muito mais casas, o que diminui a população que pode ser o seu público). Mas é uma interessante opção de local para serviços, compras e outros negócios.
