Não existe câmera de segurança, o porteiro precisa ficar atento aos clientes e ao estacionamento ao mesmo tempo, precisa se ausentar da portaria algumas vezes para fazer uma limpeza na recepção, fazendo com que muitas vezes o cliente que chegue de carro para estacionar precise esperar um pouco para que ele abra a porta.
