★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja boa, até o atendimento!! Na hora da prova a costureira fez cara feia para minha mãe quando a mesma pediu para ajeitar a manga que está assimetrica. E na hora de pegar o vestido a calda estava toda amassada e disseram que era normal, minha mãe pediu para passar e veio as pontas amassadas e minha mãe pediu para passar de novo. Onde esperamos ao total só para passar 3 hras. E na hora na entrega foi a melhor parte, nem olharam para nossa cara, fingiram que não me viu e eu fui embora. Minha mãe exigiu algo que é obrigação delas fazerem, vocês trabalham com sonhos, aprendam a trabalhar. Fiquem todas na paz ??

Inicialmente fui bem atendida e amei meu vestido de noiva, porém após o pagamento a qualidade do serviço caiu bastante, a vendedora EVIDENTEMENTE com mal vontade e ainda esqueceram de entregar o cintinho que deveria vir junto, lembrei sozinha que faltava o cinto e fui buscar no dia do casamento na maior correria e a vendedora Marlene ainda teve a audácia de insinuar que a culpa era minha por não ter conferido, quando na realidade a obrigação de entregar um produto completo e em perfeito estado é deles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, fui tratada super mal, me senti horrível. Tô pagando, não tô pedindo não, as atendentes conversam e nem ligam pro cliente, não indicaria pra ninguém. Elas não dão recibo, super desorganizado... Não confiem seu aluguel de vestido nessa loja, pois apesar de estarem no mercado de trabalho a muito tempo, não respeitam o cliente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada interessante, minha noiva alugou o vestido dela nessa loja e gostou de todo o processo, disse que minha tia-mãe teria cortesia em qualquer vestido para ela de qualquer valor, todavia ao levar minha tia-mãe para alugar o dela foi falado que ela só teria um voucher de R$ 200,00 Reais. Tive que pagar outro valor por fora, e depois a minha tia não gostou de vestido e tive que recuperar esse dinheiro investido em outras roupas. Como as daminhas não haviam ainda alugado o vestido, ficou como cortesia para uma delas, no lugar do da minha tia-mãe, com os vestidos escolhidos das daminhas veio a grande decepção, os vestidos na hora da entrega não eram iguais, uma teve que trocar na hora e a outra levou sem provar e ao entrar na igreja a pequenina mal conseguia andar por não terem colocado no tamanho ideal para ela, mesmo ela tendo tirado as medidas com antecedência. Quase que ela caia por diversas vezes, ao tropeçar no vestido, verdadeiro descaso da loja em ao menos provar novamente antes da entrega, ainda tem algumas outras experiências frustrantes, mas essas foram as piores. Quem quiser arriscar pode alugar lá.

As the bridesmaids had not yet rented the dress, it was as a courtesy to one of them, in place of my aunt's, with the dresses chosen by the bridesmaids came the great disappointment, the dresses at the time of delivery were not the same, one had to changing at the time and the other took without tasting and when entering the church the little one could barely walk because they had not put the ideal size for her, even though she had taken the measurements in advance. She almost fell several times, when tripping over the dress, true negligence of the store to at least try again before delivery, still has some other frustrating experiences, but these were the worst. Anyone who wants to risk it can rent there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontrei meu vestido dos sonhos nessa loja. Porém não gostei quando a vendedora disse: quanto vc pode pagar pelo aluguel vestido ? Pq não adianta eu te mostrar se vc não tiver um valor estimado para tal gasto. Mesmo assim insisti e provei alguns vestidos. Encontrei o meu do jeito que eu imaginava. PRECISO DO TELEFONE DA LOJA PARA ENTRAR EM CONTATO URGENTE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produto muito bom, porém após o pagamento o forma das atendentes nos atender foi péssima, sem falar na demora para entregar no dia de ir buscar os vestidos (passei mais de 3 horas para pegar só pq a costureira não tinha ajustado algo que combinamos desde o dia da prova) um absurdo a demora delas, e uma delas ainda foi bastante irônica dizendo que AGUARDASSE E QUE TIVESSE PACIÊNCIA PQ IRIA SAIR.
Enfim encantado com o início do atendimento e decepcionada com o final.
Very good product, but after payment, the way the attendants serve us was terrible, not to mention the delay to deliver on the day of picking up the dresses (I spent more than 3 hours to pick it up just because the seamstress hadn't adjusted something we had agreed to since day of the test) their delay was absurd, and one of them was even quite ironic saying to WAIT AND HAVE PATIENCE BECAUSE I WOULD LEAVE.
Finally delighted with the beginning of the service and disappointed with the end.
