★ ★ ★ ★ ★ loved staying there....had a bit of problem getting WiFi in my room...but other than that the place was well kept...nice city view from the terrance... the reception is super helpful and friendly.... and they do speak English a bit...which is a great plus for visiting Brasil..price was reasonable too...loved it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gallant Hotel is a big, comfortable hotel with large rooms and fine decoration. There is a delicious food buffet everyday and a great breakfast. The hallways are spaceful and the beds are soft, contributing to the relaxation after an event. The location is not so good though, it's an ugly neibourghood with smelly and noisy streets, hard to enjoy silence from all the highway traffic going on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel you could choose. Don't go here. No one speaks English. I paid for Superior room £100/ night,filled with mold dirt and cigarette smoke. I was moved to another smaller room full of mold as smoke in first room made me cough. You could kill someone with your breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gallant is a good hotel, for me his location is good cause I'm working near and I can go work by walking. It's clean and organized. Coffee is ok, isn't bad but is not a great coffee too. Kitchen has a good variety of choices.
There's no many places around and if you wanna go to fun it's need take taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I really enjoyed the bedroom of the hotel.
Looking at the front of the hotel, it really felt like a good option to sleep.
And by the bedroom, it really was.
The bathroom is big. I mean, the box is REALLY big. The sink is simple as it needs to be. There’s no place to put your amenities.
There’s tv cable too.
The staff was very friendly and very supportive when I ask for directions.
Now, why four stars:
It was a descent place to rest, and by the price R$148.-/day (US$42.-) I would expect a better breakfast. Saloon was ok, but just a few options overall. There’s neither egg or sausage. I found two options of juice, two options of bread, some sliced fruits, coffee, milk and some cake options. Not bad at all, but it would have more options.
- I noticed English might be a barrier, because ONE of them (Staff) did not know what my phone was showing in google, as it was in written in English. I speak PTBR though.
I definitely would get back if that’s the case.

You don’t have the option to have your car parked in a private lot. So you can maybe meet with someone at the elevator!
Very simple. No view. No amenities!!
