Comprei 1 vaso unitário e pedi a flor que estava decorando-o, ganhei de brinde e o vaso veio com a planta, nao foi retirado para embalar separadamente. Em casa, do mesmo jeito que veio, eu coloquei na mobilia para enfeitar, mas hoje eu fui retirar para lavar a flor (que parece ser de tecido) e para minha surpresa o vaso está com a borda lascada, liguei e irei até a loja para efetuar a troca. Como o vendedor que atendeu-me naquele dia é de uma simpatia única, acredito que não terei problemas em efetuar a troca.
I was well attended by the seller on any Saturday. I bought 1 unit vase and ordered the flower that was decorating it, I got a free gift and the vase came with the plant, it was not removed to pack separately. At home, just as it came, I put it on the furniture to decorate it, but today I went to remove it to wash the flower (which seems to be made of fabric) and to my surprise the vase has a chipped border, I called and went to the store to make the switch. As the salesman who attended to me that day is a unique friend, I believe that I will have no problem making the exchange.
