★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não sabia da existência do Ganha Tempo! A moça do Caixa (Caixa - Vila Dirce) que orientou para dar entrada no seguro desemprego. Acho que não demorei nem 15 minutos para ser atendido e realizar todo o procedimento. Muito, muito rápido. Super satisfeito! Infelizmente não me recordo o nome da funcionária que me atendeu.. Mais fica meu elogio a atendente da recepção (que foi super educada) e a funcionária que atendeu com sorriso, paciência e dedicação. O atendimento foi realizado em 09/11/18 por volta das 14:40 - Eduardo.
I didn't know about Ganha Tempo! The young lady from Caixa (Caixa - Vila Dirce) who advised to apply for unemployment insurance. I don't think it took me even 15 minutes to be seen and perform the entire procedure. Very, very fast. Super satisfied! Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the employee who attended me. But I would like to praise the attendant at the reception (who was super polite) and the employee who answered with a smile, patience and dedication. The service was held on 11/9/18 around 2:40 pm - Eduardo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setor de seguro desemprego é uma vida aguardando para atendimento, apenas dois atendentes, e ainda os demais funcionários os acionam o tempo inteiro atrapalhando. Fiquei praticamente 4 horas aguardando pra ser atendida. Recepção passou senha prioritária a pessoas que estavam com crianças que não eram de colo.
Atendimento era muito melhor e muito mais rápido quando não era situado no shopping.
Unemployment insurance is a life waiting for service, only two attendants, and still the other employees are driving them all the time fumbling. I spent almost 4 hours waiting to be answered. Reception passed priority password to people who were with children who were not on lap.
Service was much better and much faster when it was not situated in the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 15/07/2021 liguei para pedi uma informação que ficou pendente no dia que fui dá entrada no meu seguro desemprego, fui atendida por uma moça extremamente despreparada e mal educada por nome JAILMA,atendeu o telefone se quer deu bom dia com uma voz de morta depois desligou na minha cara a abusada.No mesmo dia que fui dá entrada fui atendida por outra moça loira muita despreparada também, se não fosse o excelente trabalho do Sandro que veio prontamente me atender depois que me neguei a sair de lá sem resolver o meu problema tinha ido para casa sendo feita de besta.Queria falar para vocês contrata pessoas mais preparadas.
