★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de não achar informações confiáveis sobre horário de funcionamento pela internet(inclusive na página oficial do Instagram), achei um tremendo descaso dos funcionários ou proprietários ( não sei dizer, pois não conheço) hoje quando fui tentar levar meu carro para lavar (sábado dia 14/11 as 9h). Chegue as 9h e encontrei porta fechada. Já estranhei pois normalmente nesse horário, esse tipo loja já está aberta. Decidi esperar até as 9:30 para tentar não perder a viagem. Por volta de 9:20 chegou um carro com um casal e abriu o portão. Pensei: "Ok.a loja já vai abrir " . Apesar do portão estar aberto, não entrei, pois pensei: "já vira alguém aqui na porta para liberar a entrada". Pocisionei o carro na frente do portão com seta do carro sinalizando que ia entrar e esperei. Em vez disso, 10.minutos depois, me sai o casal, fecharam o portão e simplesmente foram embora, acredita? Simplesmente viraram as costas e saíram. Será porque não tenho carrão nem carro importado, não merecia uma atenção? Tinha um senhor parado na frente do portão que estava esperando também , passaram por ele que nem olharam. Então, não usei o serviço e nem usarei, pois quem trata o cliente dessa forma, não esta precisando, né?
In addition to not finding reliable information about opening hours on the internet (including on the official Instagram page), I found a tremendous disregard for employees or owners (I can't say, because I don't know) today when I went to try to take my car to wash (Saturday 11/14 to 9am). Arrive at 9am and found the door closed. I was surprised because normally at this time, this type of store is already open. I decided to wait until 9:30 to try not to miss the trip. Around 9:20 a car arrived with a couple and opened the gate. I thought, "Ok, the store is going to open." Although the gate is open, I did not enter, because I thought: "I had seen someone here at the door to clear the entrance". I placed the car in front of the gate with the car's arrow signaling that I was going to get in and waited. Instead, ten minutes later, the couple left, closed the gate and just left, believe me? They just turned their backs and left. Is it because I don't have a big car or imported car, it didn't deserve attention? There was a gentleman standing in front of the gate who was waiting too, they passed him who didn't even look. So, I didn't use the service and I won't use it, because whoever treats the customer that way, doesn't need it, right?
