Muito ruim para prestadores de serviço. Mesmo após envio de e-mail e com o proprietário no local, só foi possível acessar o conjunto para serviços de pintura no final de semana. Não há vaga para carga e descarga. Tudo tem que ser feito pela rua. Inclusive, no meu caso, com muita chuva. O acesso para entrar e sair com materiais é no sub solo. Então tem.que subir a pé pela rampa com esses materiais.
Portanto prestadores, incluam essas dificuldades no orçamento.
