O foco deste modelo pocket é ser uma adega com wine bar. Foi criado paras ser instalado em mercados gastronômicos, hotéis, shopping centers e aeroportos, por exemplo.
Já o modelo padrão, ou “full”, mais completo, possui cozinha, que será modulada de acordo com as expectativas do franqueado. Pode ter desde petiscos e pratos de fácil execução até preparos mais complexos, com um cardápio de qualidade digna de restaurante premiado – mas sem a necessidade de tantos gastos.

Mas eu estava acompanhada e desacreditei quando ao nosso lado onde existe a prateleira de vinhos foi ocupada por 3-4 funcionários,inclusive o garçon que nos atendia e deixou de prestar atenção no atendimento, abrindo caixas para reposição bem ao nosso lado. E não tinha fim... tirou totalmente a nossa privacidade, era impossível conversar sem que ouvissem nossa conversa. Caixas e mais caixas sendo abertas e repondo as prateleiras.. gente..não ha gerente nesse lugar? Totalmente descabível em um ambiente que tem uma proposta de bar em um ambiente aconchegante como aquele. Se o cliente fosse o mais importante no mínimo teriam pedido para trocarmos de mesa. ?
 The place has a nice proposal, a pleasant and discreet atmosphere, excellent wines and interesting and well-prepared portions. But I was accompanied and I didn't believe it when next to us, where the wine shelf is, was occupied by 3-4 employees, including the waiter who served us and stopped paying attention to the service, opening boxes for replacement right next to us. And there was no end... it totally took away our privacy, it was impossible to talk without being overheard. Boxes and more boxes being opened and the shelves replaced.. people..is there no manager in this place? Totally unavailable in an environment that has a bar proposal in a cozy atmosphere like that. If the customer was the most important, they would at least have asked us to change tables. ?

Ambiance is ok, but the music and the lights are out of context: music should be more “wine-friendly” such as jazz or more smooth kinda and lights should be warm and at much lower level. Price per glass/bottle is not that good and wine used is out of the right temperature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great spot in a famous region of SP. Prices are the average and the staff can help with what kind of wine you can drink according the plate you ordered. Three people plaid about R$100 each with a bottle of wine, 1 entrance to share, 1 main plate and 1 dessert to share.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly trained staff and rude owners more interested in drinking the wine than properly training their staff, who tried their best. Nice cheeses, wine is good for decent prices but the lack of attention to detail of the owners really shines through. Measuring the amount of wine poured is also unpleasant and unnecessary. No wine menu, staff didn't know much about the wines.
