Eu so queria que todos soubessem q para se cobrar um valor mais auto que outros primeiro temos que ver se estamos a altura para atender as exigências dos clientes. Ganhar dinheiro sem profissionalismo e muito facil.
I visited this place and didn't have the courage to hand over my car to be washed by them. I just wanted everyone to know that to charge a higher value than others, we first have to see if we are up to the task of meeting customer requirements. Making money without professionalism is very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é bom, tem um bom serviço, mas está se perdendo no atendimento. Semana passada cheguei às 10h e meu carro só ficaria pronto às 15h. Hoje cheguei com os portões abrindo, às 8h, e meu carro só seria entregue às 11h. Perderam um pouco a noção do que seria um lava-rápido.
The location is good, has good service, but is getting lost in service. Last week I arrived at 10 am and my car would only be ready at 3 pm. Today I arrived with the gates opening at 8 am, and my car would only be delivered at 11 am. They lost a little sense of what a car wash would be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei de 7h20 p ser a primeira lavagem (eles abriram às 7h30), já q não qria chegar muito atrasado no trabalho, meu carro ficou pronto às 9h e ainda tinha manchas simples e visíveis de sujeira q não foram bem lavadas. Recomendo o lava jato da rua por trás, bem mais ágil e o carro sempre sai perfeito, pena q estava fechado quando fui.
I arrived at 7:20 am for the first wash (they opened at 7:30 am), as I didn't want to be too late for work, my car was ready at 9 am and I still had simple visible dirt stains that weren't washed well. I recommend the car wash from the back street, much more agile and the car always comes out perfect, pity it was closed when I went.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 24 de abril de 2021, um sábado a tarde, deixei meu carro para lavar nesse lava jato. Havia feito um pedido para aspirar o porta malas, pois tinha terra. Ao entrar no carro e ligar, notei um barulho e achei que fosse do ar condicionado, que só fui entender quando cheguei em casa. Os funcionários desse lava jato ligaram o rádio do carro e o ar condicionado digital deixando-os desconfigurados. Eu sempre desligo o ar condicionado do carro e nunca ligo o rádio. Só foi eu ligar o carro e o ar condicionado digital já estava ligado com outra configuração. Em casa percebi que o rádio estava ligado baixo, fora de sintonia da rádio, e por isso tinha um chiado que pensei que fosse do ar condicionado. E no porta malas encontrei uma folha seca em um compartimento. Ao abrir as portas, deixaram todas as soleiras molhadas. Precisam orientar esses funcionários a não "bulir" no carro dos clientes. Funcionário não tem nada que ligar rádio e ar condicionado dos carros dos clientes. Como foi o último carro a lavar, parece que fizeram "nas pressas". Fora isso, a limpeza foi boa.
On April 24, 2021, a Saturday afternoon, I left my car to wash in this car wash. I had made a request to vacuum the trunk, as it had dirt. When I got into the car and turned on, I noticed a noise and thought it was from the air conditioning, which I only understood when I got home. The employees of this car wash turned on the car radio and the digital air conditioning, leaving them unconfigured. I always turn off the car's air conditioning and never turn on the radio. I just started the car and the digital air conditioning was already on with another setting. At home I noticed that the radio was on low, out of tune with the radio, and so there was a hiss that I thought was the air conditioner. And in the trunk I found a dry leaf in a compartment. When opening the doors, they left all the thresholds wet. They need to guide these employees not to "bump" in customers' cars. Employees have nothing to turn on the radio and air conditioning in customers' cars. As it was the last car to wash, it seems they did it "in a hurry". Other than that, cleaning was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Para tirar a sujeira de viagem (insetos) do capô do carro, devem ter esfregado com palha de aço, pois riscaram todo e ainda tiraram o verniz. Reclamei e o próprio lavador responsável disse que com polimento resolve... passem longe.
I do not recommend. To remove the travel dirt (insects) from the car's hood, they must have rubbed it with steel wool, as they scratched everything and even removed the varnish. I complained and the washer responsible said that with polishing it resolves ... go away.
