★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funilaria indicada pela Mapfre ficou com meu carro por mais de 1 mês esperando uma peça para trocar, a peça chega e eles ficam mais 3 semanas para consertar, apareço na oficina sem avisar e descubro que recondicionaram a peça antiga que iriam trocar e ainda tem a cara de pau de falar que trocaram, quando digo que vou na Delegacia e voltar com uma viatura eles abrem o jogo dizendo que acharam que não seria necessário trocar a peça.
 Mapfre-appointed body shop has been with my car for over a month waiting for a part to change, the part arrives and they have another 3 weeks to repair, I show up at the workshop without warning and find that they have refurbished the old part they would change and still have the face of talking that changed, when I say I'm going to the police station and back with a car they open the game saying they thought it would not be necessary to change the piece.
