★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei neste lugar a troca de embreagem do meu carro, fiquei la das 12:30 até 18:30, isso por que me informaram que demoraria 3 horas, após a desmontagem o mecânico me chamou e disse que seria necessário retificar o volante do motor pois o rebite do disco de embreagem foi "desgastado" e isso poderia gerar trepidação. Não realizei este serviço, pois o argumento do mecânico foi ridículo, detalhe, nem foi o mecânico que desmontou que veio falar comigo, agora adivinhem, não ocorreu trepidação e nem iria, absurdo achar que somos ingênuos. O Ruim foi a montagem de dois suportes que não foram remontados, voltei a loja por duas vezes, fora algumas ligações, para que fosse montado, pois alegaram que não havia suporte, havia evidências da existência dos suportes, insisti e o suporte apareceu, que coisa!
No mais são muito desatentos pois danificaram diversas travas e o defretor de calor, uma chapa de alumínio bem fina, localizada pouco antes do catalisador. 2 meses após a troca o veículo apresentou vazamento de óleo de câmbio, oriundo de montagem incorreta do semi eixo. Levei o veículo em outro local para correção. Não volto lá nunca mais.
Detalhe orçamento passado não refletiu a realidade foi o dobro, quando questionados, olha só, havia óleo de motor, que não troquei e filtros que nem chegaram perto. Dos R$650 informados paguei R$ 950, pois não informaram que era necessário trocar o óleo de câmbio, onde ja se viu, mais caro que óleo para câmbio automático, mas tudo bem passou, lá nunca mais volto nem pra perguntar a hora.

The bad thing was the assembly of two supports that were not reassembled, I went back to the store twice, apart from some calls, to have it assembled, because they claimed that there was no support, there was evidence of the existence of the supports, I insisted and the support appeared, which thing!
In addition, they are very inattentive because they damaged several locks and the heat defrector, a very thin aluminum plate, located just before the catalytic converter. 2 months after the exchange, the vehicle had a transmission oil leak, due to incorrect assembly of the semi-axle. I took the vehicle elsewhere for repair. I won't go back there ever again.
Last budget detail did not reflect the reality was twice as much, when questioned, look, there was engine oil, which I didn't change and filters that didn't even come close. Of the R$650 informed, I paid R$950, as they did not say that it was necessary to change the gear oil, where I have seen it, more expensive than automatic gear oil, but that went well, I will never go back there even to ask what time it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi boa. De fato o tempo que prometeram era 3-4 horas. Na verdade fiquei lá o dia inteiro fui embora as 20 horas. Mas o serviço ficou bom, e a equipe boa também. Eu fiquei lá e acompanhei todo o serviço, fora a embreagem paguei troca de algum fluido e um parafuso que estragou, mas meu carro é um Kadett 94 então até entendo o parafuso, fora que o mecânico se matou pra desmontar a embreagem do carro antigo e tudo muito duro. Mas no geral deu tudo certo, o carro saiu um foguete, atendimento e funcionários bons, única oficina que fui que nao senti picaretagem, essa foi minha experiência.

But in general everything went well, the car came out like a rocket, good service and employees, the only workshop I went to that I didn't feel hacked, that was my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência que já tive, uma troca de embreagem que custaria 780.00 reais foi para quase 1.600. pois fui informada que a embreagem nova não dava encaixe na outra peça do carro, eu não tinha mais de onde tirar dinheiro, e pedi pra cancelar o serviço pois não teria como custear e fui informada de que ou eu arrumava ou o carro só sairia da oficina em cima de um guincho?, tive que pedir ajuda para dois amigos para inteirar o valor faltante para sair com o carro de lá. Além disso os funcionários entram no carro sem colocar uma capa e meu banco e meu volante ficaram sujos de graxa! Fora que o serviço que ficaria pronto em 3/4 horas demorou quase 8. E hoje menos de um ano do acontecido a embreagem acabou novamente.
Resumindo o serviço não é de qualidade como eu já esperava. *NÃO RECOMENDO* PIOR LUGAR!

In short, the service is not as good as I expected. *DO NOT RECOMMEND* WORST PLACE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa experiência, meu carro é um focus 2007 com 150.000km, o serviço ficou bom e o valor está dentro do combinado, eles informam se o carro tem mais problemas, o meu tem com certeza, fica a seu critério fazer ou não, optei por não fazer pois usamos o carro nos dias de rodízio. No mais tudo ok.
