★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bom atendimento, porem deixou a desejar no serviço. O rapaz deixou varios fios de cabelos longos em local que passou a máquina, tendo que eu mesmo cortar em casa, também não fez o pé do cabelo direito.
48 reais por um serviço simples que uma barbearia de 10 reais faria sem esse tipo de falha.

Quando o cliente terminou outra pessoa foi atendida. Ao questionar , a pessoa da recepção em tom de deboche, e se achando na razão, falou que a pessoa que subiu estava com horário marcado. Falei que essa informação deveria ter sido prestada na chegada, ele disse que não concordava, que a informação do tempo de espera era suficiente. Sendo que faltava menos de dez minutos para o tempo de espera informado. Já demonstrado que a previsão de atendimento não seria cumprido. O atendente, cheio de razão, queria iniciar uma discussão. Momento em que preferi me retirar.
