E no final do tempo perdido a atendente avisa que não faz a entrega no meu bairro. Como assim???? Porque nas opções de bairros colocam "OUTROS". Porque não deixam claro os bairros em que atendem e nos fazem perder uma caramba de tempo??? Ineficiência. Gestão errada!
Zero star. After hours elaborating the order that I redid several times already when the screen was updated and lost the order, I was forced to redo it through Whatsaoo service. And at the end of the lost time, the attendant tells me that she doesn't deliver to my neighborhood. As well???? Because in the neighborhood options they put "OTHERS". Why not make it clear the neighborhoods in which they serve and make us waste a lot of time ??? Inefficiency. Wrong management!
