Honestly this is the best brand of semi-jewels on the market, impeccable work indeed! I wear an earring as an ear piercing for over a year and it doesn't lose its color, it remains beautiful just like when I bought it !! The staff is very helpful and they always answer me taking all the doubts !! Not counting the promotions that they always do and the shipping that is very fast .. Really they are differentiated, I am a customer and I don’t exchange for anything!

Comprei um anel com eles e na mesma semana da compra avisei que o produto estava descascando. Entrei em contato e eles não tiveram interesse nenhum em resolver meu problema (que era apenas trocar a joia). Depois de quase 3 meses me falaram que já havia passado o tempo da garantia e me dariam um desconto para a próxima compra. Simplesmente ridículo.
DON'T BUY!!
I bought a ring with them and in the same week of purchase I told them that the product was peeling. I got in touch and they had no interest in solving my problem (which was just changing the jewelry). After almost 3 months they told me that the warranty time had passed and they would give me a discount for the next purchase. Simply ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As peças são boas, e preços também, mas são extremamente desorganizados, demorei semanas para conseguir fazer uma simples devolução de um produto, e ficaram me questionando diversas vezes o motivo da devolução, parece que não entendem que a devolução dentro de 7 dias é um direito do consumidor previsto no CDC. Péssimo atendimento, parece um monte de criança brincando de empresa.
The parts are good, and prices too, but they are extremely disorganized, it took me weeks to get a simple return of a product, and I was asked several times the reason for the return, it seems they do not understand that a return within 7 days is a consumer right under the CDC. Bad service, it seems like a bunch of children playing company.
