★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Horrível! Desonestos! Se desse pra classificar com estrelas negativas, eu daria 5. Vendem carro sem documentação ok e ainda enrolam. Perdem processo na justiça e não pagam. Graças a eles, eu adquiri meu carro, paguei todas as prestações, paguei o IPVA do ano a que me cabia (e eles venderam dizendo que o ipva do ano corrente tinha sido pago). Depois foi a novela da documentação, que tive que entrar na justiça para, mesmo assim, não ter! Resumindo: mesmo com ipva pago por mim, pela falta de documentação, tive meu carro apreendido (pq os policiais e o Estado não levam em conta o comprovante de pagamento do IPVA, mas sim o que consta na documentação do carro) e o mesmo foi para leilão, pois estava cheio de multas antigas (que deveriam ter sido quitadas antes da venda). Enfim, perdi meu carro, ganhei o processo, mas não pagaram nada até hoje!!!!!! Não comprem lá jamais!!!
 Terrible! Horrible! Dishonest! If I could rate it with negative stars, I would give 5. They sell cars without documentation ok and still roll. They lose a lawsuit and don't pay. Thanks to them, I purchased my car, paid all the installments, paid the IPVA for the year I was due (and they sold it saying that the current year's IPVA had been paid). Then it was the documentation novel, which I had to go to court for, even so, not to have! In short: even with ipva paid for by me, due to the lack of documentation, I had my car impounded (because the police and the State do not take into account the proof of payment of the IPVA, but what appears in the car documentation) and the same was for auction, as it was full of old fines (which should have been paid off before sale). Anyway, I lost my car, I won the case, but they haven't paid anything until today !!!!!! Don't ever buy there !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei comprar um carro semi-novo numa autorizada. Vieram cheios de exigências e sem me dar um bônus e sem contar que tudo que pedi pra fazer no carro, tipo queria já sair com insulfilm é um outro som, era o olho da cara!
Fui na Intendente Magalhães olhei várias lojas, uns nem atenção direito me deram!
Entrei na Garra e fui super bem atendido e achei ali o carro que sonhava só que zero, ou melhor estava com 8.000 km rodados. Então sentei com o Daniel e depois de analizar bem as condições decidi comprá-lo.
Estou muito satisfeito com minha aquisição e agradeço muito ao Daniel por ter me encorajado a realizar meu sonho!
Indiquei a um Primo, e ele tbm ficou muito satisfeito com tudo lá e essa semana marquei de levar um amigo pra ver um carro de cliente através deles, por indicação do Daniel!

I am very satisfied with my acquisition and I am very grateful to Daniel for encouraging me to make my dream come true!
I indicated to a Primo, and he was also very satisfied with everything there and this week I scheduled to take a friend to see a customer car through them, as indicated by Daniel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando não colocá-los na Justiça Federal devido o atraso da documentação do meu veículo que comprei há exatamente 2 anos. Tento ter respostas da gerência todos os dias! Até hoje sou enrolado pelo Daniel (GERENTE DA GARRA) que só vive prometendo e não cumpre. É sério que é necessário entrar na justiça por algo que compramos e temos o direitor de ter em nosso nome? Que falta de empatia dessa empresa com seus clientes. Eu não indico para ninguém e além do mais me sinto muito chateado com a tal situação!
