★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, faz propaganda enganosa, se não tomar muito cuidado engana os clientes, eu por exemplo para ter meu direito garantido tive que ir ao PROCON, tomem cuidado, busquem informações antes de fechar qualquer negócio. Péssima imobiliária! Não recomendo um direito que eu tinha e que vou oferecido no fechamento do negócio com a corretora, quando chegou na hora de assistir o contrato do apartamento com a caixa disse que eu não tinha mais, como tinham feito divulgação via Facebook usei a imagem como prova de propaganda enganosa e abri reclamação no PROCON, eles mesmo não deu nenhum retorno, o retorno que tive foi da construtora que acertou comigo! Por isso deixo meu aviso para que ninguém passe por decepção como eu, e se aconteceu algo com vocês, busquem seus direitos!
