★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 11/06/2021, a empresa entrou em contato as 8:00 confirmando o agendamento do serviço de instalação de gás, faltei ao serviço e as 14:30 a empresa simplesmente liga e diz que o técnico teve um imprevisto e não poderá realizar o serviço. Uma falta de respeito com o consumidor. Solicitei um protocolo e não fornecem protocolo. Não recomendo a ninguém, abri uma reclamação na Naturgy.
Today, 06/11/2021, the company got in touch at 8:00 am confirming the appointment of the gas installation service, I missed the service and at 2:30 pm the company simply calls and says that the technician had an unforeseen event and will not be able to perform the service. A lack of respect for the consumer. I requested a protocol and they do not provide protocol. I don't recommend it to anyone, I filed a complaint at Naturgy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda nem fui atendido pra poder avaliar, mas só pelo fato de terem cancelado o serviço por duas vezes, fazendo com que eu faltasse ao serviço, pra esperar a visita do técnico que não apareceu, e ser avisado, a 15 min. do horário marcado, que o técnico não iria aparecer. Dois dias de trabalho perdido, tendo que comprar quentinha todo santo dia, gerando muitos transtornos e gasto com alimentação. Não recomendo.
I was not even met to be able to evaluate, but only because they canceled the service twice, making me miss the service, to wait for the technician's visit that did not appear, and be warned, 15 min. From the scheduled time, the technician would not appear. Two days of lost work, having to buy warm all holy day, generating many disorders and spent with food. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdi um dia de trabalho para aguarda o técnico Luiz Gustavo para fazer a instalação. Não consegui instalar o gás porque este tecnico não quis aguardar por 5 min a adm do condominio trazer a chave para a area de instalação do gás. Infelizmente, por causa dessa péssima empresa. Devo ter que marcar pela terceira vez o atendimento. Mais 2 semana comendo quentinha e sem fogão. Empresa horrível, em tecnicos e em atendimento. Não sei como aidna está no mercado.
I lost a day of work to wait for technician Luiz Gustavo to do the installation. I couldn't install the gas because this technician didn't want to wait for 5 minutes for the condominium's adm to bring the key to the gas installation area. Unfortunately, because of this terrible company. I must have to book the appointment for the third time. Another 2 weeks eating warm and without a stove. Horrible company in terms of technicians and customer service. I don't know how it's still on the market.
