★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. A empresa não atende e nem retorna as ligações. deixamos 70 extintores para serem recarregados e demoraram demais para devolver. Quando precisamos usar os extintores percebemos que muitos estavam vazios e sem pressão nenhuma. Mandamos para a revisão e já tem quase 1 mês do ocorrido e não devolveram todos ainda. Alegam que a empresa tem varios problemas, inventam milhões de desculpas, e nunca cumprem ainda assim com suas responsabilidades. A empresa não faz um serviço sério e cada hora é uma desculpa diferente. Lastimável uma empresa que trabalha com itens de segurança que não oferece a mínima segurança possível...
Todos os comentários positivos, são duvidosos, me parecem ser de pessoas ligadas a empresa, pois como funciona o serviço pra eles, e para a maioria não? Estamos inteiramente arrependidos, já pagamos pelos serviços e estamos a mercê de nos atenderem quando quiserem.
NÃO INDICO ESTA EMPRESA JAMAIS !!!!!!!
Terrible attendance. The company does not answer or return calls. we left 70 fire extinguishers to be recharged and they took too long to return. When we needed to use fire extinguishers we realized that many were empty and without any pressure. We sent it for review and it's been almost 1 month since it happened and they haven't returned all of them yet. They claim the company has a lot of problems, make up millions of excuses, and still never fulfill their responsibilities. The company doesn't do a serious job and every hour is a different excuse. Regrettable a company that works with security items that do not offer the minimum security possible...
All the positive comments are doubtful, they seem to me to be from people connected to the company, as how does the service work for them, and not for most? We are entirely sorry, we have already paid for the services and we are at the mercy of being assisted whenever they want.
I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!
