Rsolvi ir até a loja (sou de outra cidade) e cheguei lá me deparei com a informação que estavam em recesso! NINGUEM DEIXOU UMA MENSAGEM/AVISO! Que descaso com o cliente. Comprem na GMAD, lá eles te atendem.
I called this phone thousands of times and no one answered, I also sent a message via whats zap and no one answered. I decided to go to the store (I'm from another city) and got there I came across the information that was in recess! NOBODY LEFT A MESSAGE / WARNING! What neglect with the customer. Buy at GMAD, there they serve you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons preços e variedade de produtos, atendimento desorganizado. Comprei uma porta em 17/07/21 - sábado, disseram que entregariam no dia 21/07/21 - quarta-feira. Chegando o dia, pediram pra entregar na quinta, pois não conseguiriam na quarta. Disseram também que foram conferir, e viram que do tipo que pedimos tinham apenas portas com defeitos. Depois reagendaram para sexta-feira. Na sexta fiz contato com o entregador, que me mandou uma foto da porta, e vi que o defeito era grande, tendo um bom pedaço da porta sido arrancado de uma quina. Pedi para devolver e me mandarem uma porta nova, e que caso fosse necessário encomendar, que me avisassem do prazo. 6 dias se passaram e nada de retorno da loja. Todas as vezes que ligo, os funcionários não sabem atender o cliente, e dizem que só a vendedora que me atendeu que poderia resolver, porém em vários dias ela simplesmente não está, e em outros está sempre em atendimento, e no final das contas o caso continua sem resolver.
Good prices and variety of products, disorganized service. I bought a door on 07/17/21 - Saturday, they said they would deliver on 07/21/21 - Wednesday. When the day came, they asked to deliver it on Thursday, as they couldn't get it on Wednesday. They also said they went to check it out, and saw that the type we asked for had only defective doors. Then rescheduled for Friday. On Friday I made contact with the delivery man, who sent me a photo of the door, and I saw that the defect was big, with a good part of the door being torn off a corner. I asked to return it and send me a new door, and that if it was necessary to order, to notify me of the deadline. 6 days have passed and no return from the store. Every time I call, the employees do not know how to serve the customer, and they say that only the salesperson who attended me could solve it, but on several days she is simply not there, and on others she is always in attendance, and in the end the case remains unresolved.

A vendedora me vendeu o produto paguei com cartão quando fui retirar o produto não tinha no estoque.
Aí foi outra novela pra extornar o valor.
