★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei tabuas de Peroba para fazer uma estante. As tabuas vieram desproporcionais, tanto em espessura como em comprimento. Algumas muito finas. Outras vieram tortas impedindo o encaixe correto. Pretendo não voltar a fazer negocios.
I bought Peroba boards to make a bookcase. The boards came out of proportion, both in thickness and in length. Some are very thin. Others came askew preventing the correct fitting. I intend not to do business again.

Entrei em contato, dia 07/07/21, para fazer uma cotação. Perguntei sobre o preço, planos de pagamento e entrega (ponto principal da insatisfação). No dia 09/07/2021, ao fechar a venda, fui informado que a mercadoria não seria entregue no prazo combinado e que, ainda, haveria a incidência do valor do frete, o que no dia 07/07/2021 foi combinado que não haveria a cobrança.

On 07/09/2021, when closing the sale, I was informed that the goods would not be delivered within the agreed period and that there would still be an incidence of the freight value, which on 07/07/2021 was agreed that it would not there would be a charge.
